Good to know
How fast can you get me a quote?
Send the list, the inspection report or a few photos and we will usually have a written, flat-price quote back within two business days. Rush jobs for option periods get priority.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Plenty of our work is a single punch list. If it is a one-hour job we will tell you, and we will try to bundle it with anything else on your list so the trip is worth it for you.
Are you a general contractor?
We are a repair, refresh and makeready crew. We handle paint, drywall, carpentry, flooring, minor plumbing and electrical, cleaning and exterior work. For anything that needs a licensed plumber or electrician, we coordinate one and keep it on the same quote.
Who answers the phone after hours?
Our phones are answered 24/7. Off-hours, our assistant takes the details, flags anything urgent to a person right away and books your walkthrough.
How do you price?
Flat price per line item, not an open-ended hourly rate. Materials are listed separately with allowances, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
